Velo d'appartement

That's what an exercise bike is called in French.




So I now have no excuse for not doing my daily exercises! Having said that, it's boring sitting on it and pedalling for 40 minutes!!! The plan will be to walk when it's good weather and bike when it's not.

    My DH usually watches TV while using ours to make the time pass. Good luck with the exercise regime, John.
